Adai
Adai is type of Dosa made with the combination of 4 types of pulses and rice. It doesn't need to be fermented. It is protein rich dosa and very nutritious for the kids and adults too
Ingredients
Channa dhal - 1/2 cup
Thuvar dhal -3/4 cup
urad dhal -1/4 cup
Ingredients

urad dhal -1/4 cup
Split mung/moong dhal - 1/4 cup
Boiled rice/Raw rice -1 cup
fennel seeds 1-2 tsps
red chilli -1-2
cumin seeds -1 tsp
salt
Soak the dhals and rice together for 3-4 hours
Grind it coarsely with fennel,cumin, red chilli,salt
Now if you want you can add some vegetables like carrot, cabbage, and coconut
Heat the dosa pan
When hot add the dough and spread like dosa and add oil to edge.
You can either cover and cook or cook like dosa on both sides without covering.
Now Adai is ready to serve with sambhar/avial/podi.
This has lot of proteins and doesn't need fermentation. Healthy for kids too
