Oats Dosa
We can make this mix and store in it a container and whenever you need to make dosa mix this with salt and water/yogurt to a dosa consistency .Make delicious dosa crispy or soft whenever you feel so.
Ingredients
Oats - 2cups
Rice/wheat flour -1/2 cup
Sooji -1/2 cup
Slightly roast the oats in a pan and keep it aside. Do the same with sooji and add it to the oats. Put all this in the mixie /blender with wheat / rice flour ans mix dry .In this way the flour blend well together and becomes a coarse flour. Now we can store in a container .
When you need to make dosa mix it with water and salt to a dosa consistency.Set aside for 30 minutes.
Now make dosa as we usually do and serve hot with chutney
[If you want you can add yeast/ yogurt to ferment before making dosa.]
