Lemon Rasam
Rasam is just a thin soup and it is very light . I think that is the reason they make it when you are sick and healthy at all times. As it is easy to digest and usually made with tamarind water.Sometimes it is made with buttermilk too what we call Mor Rasam.
In this recipe i am not going to use tomato/tamarind /buttermilk. Instead i am using fresh lemon juice and needs only few ingredients and very tasty and one of my favorite of my better half and few of my close friends.
