                          Bajra Flour Dosa(Pearl Millet Dosa) ( Kambu Dosa)

                           Bajra flour in Hindi , Kambu In tamil , Pearl Millet in English , is very healthy.It is not expensive like pearl but it's definitely has the pearl like quality which is beneficial to the body . 100grams of Pearl millet has the following nutritional values....
Energy   - 360 calories,moisture 12 g , protein 12 g ,fat 5g ,mineral 2g, fiber 1g,carbohydrate 67g , calcium 42 mg , phosphorous 242 mg and iron 8 mg. Such a healthy flour so why don't we include in our diet. I tried this Dosa and to my surprise it came out so good and crispy and sure thing to keep and include in our diet.

Easy to make
Kambu Maavu/Kambu flour - 2 cups
Urad dhal                                  - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek                                 - 1/2 tsp
salt                                             - 1 tsp


Soak the urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for 3-4  hours.
Then grind it to smooth texture.
Mix the Kambu/Bajra flour with water without any lumps and add the ground urad flour to it .
Add the required salt and mix to consistency of not too thick , not too thin.
Let it ferment for 8 hours .
After that mix and make like regular dosa .
It will be very easy to spread and comes out very crispy .
Delicious  Bajra Dosa / Kambu Dosa is ready . Serve with Sambhar , Tomato chutney.
