Channa Palak

Palak means Spinach.
Spinach has a high nutritional value and is extremely rich in antioxidants, especially when fresh, steamed, or quickly boiled. It is a rich source of vitamin A,vitamin C,vitamin E,iron....

Usually i make either Dhal palak or Palak Paneer. This time i thought i will make it with different vegetable or pulses like peas, channa.... and the winner was channa as i didn't have the peas ..Let's go to the recipe
