Paratha is either stuffed with vegetables or potatoes . It is also made like layered paratha without stuffing. Everyday with different vegetables and mixed with cheese we can create a nutricious and delicious paratha. I always use the regular chapathi dough for making these paratha. Today's Special was carrot.
Chapathi Dough
{wheat flour -2cups
water -1 & 1/2 cups
salt -1 tsp }
Carrot - 1 cup grated
Cheese - 1/2 cup
pepper
Take a bowl.
Add the Wheat flour and salt.
Add water to it and make it into a soft dough.
make it ahead and store it in the fridge or aside for 20- 30 minutes.
Roll the chappathi and on that apply little oil.
Then add the grated carrot, cheese, pepper.
Close it and roll it again to a round shape.
Heat a tava and cook the paratha on both sides.
Remove it and add little butter on top and serve.

In this picture instead of carrot i had used the carrot poriyal which is more nutritious.
