Rava Dosa
It is very easy to make and quicker too. You don't have to ferment it. If you don't have yogurt too that is ok. We have alteration for that you can use little eno..
With this basic recipe you can add more veggies etc and show many variations like vegetable rava dosa or a nonvegetarian one
Let's go to the recipe
Rava - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
wheat flour - 1/4 cup
salt
cumin - 1tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
water
Eno - 1//2 tsp
Onion - 1/2 chopped finely
Coriander few chopped finely
Before Starting to mix the flours & rava , first slightly roast the rava.
Then mix all( Rava, Rice flour,wheat, salt cumin,pepper) the ingredients with water in a thin consistency.
Add the eno to it mix it.
Heat a Dosa pan/Tava.
Spray oil to it and put some onions, coriander on the tava
Now pour Dosa dough on the hot tava and add some oil to it .
Cook till it is golden brown on one side and then flip it .
With this Dosa dough you can't spread it . We have to just pour it like a thin layer.
Let it cook on both sides. Now take it and serve hot, crispy RAVA DOSA with Sambhar and chutney.
