Quinoa salad with northern beans and red pepper sounds healthy right.... Now i am trying out lot of salads....This one is very easy to make and turned out my trial didn't go wasted . Everybody enjoyed the dish at home . Another recipe added to my collections.
Lets do it...Shall we..
Cooked Quinoa - 1 cup
Great Northern Beans - 1 cup
Red pepper - 1/2 cup
Pepper
Olive Oil - 2tbsp
Red wine Vinegar -1 tbsp
salt
Parsley - 3 tbsps finely chopped ( optional)
Take a Pan . Heat it with olive oil . Saute the cooked Quinoa for 2-3 minutes .Transfer it to the Salad bowl
Heat the same pan and now saute the cooked northern beans for a minute and transfer to the Salad Bowl.
Heat the Pan and then saute the Red Pepper chopped for 2-3 minutes till it is cooked. Transfer it to the Salad Bowl .
Now in the Salad Bowl mix everything and add Salt , Pepper and Red Wine Vinegar .
That is it....Quinoa Salad with Northern Beans and red pepper is ready to serve .
In this recipe I used Tricolor Quinoa . It is Easy to cook. I cooked it in a rice cooker.

In the rice cooker add the 3/4 cup quinoa and 2 cups of water and cook. Follow the instructions like you cook for rice . That is it .
It will be ready.
