So let's start .
Almond Flour - 3 tbsp
Butter - 1 Tbsp ( you can add 2 tbsps too )
Egg - 1
Basil Pesto - 4 tsps
Chia seeds - 1 tsp ( optional)
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Coffee Mug
Take the Coffee Mug. Put the Butter in it and melt it in the microwave so that it is easy to mix everything .
Then add the Egg and Mix. Then add almond flour, Pesto , chia seeds, baking powder and mix well and put it in the microwave and cook for 1 and half minutes { 90 seconds }. After that remove from microwave and tap in on the sides and bottom and invert it on the plate. It comes out easy. Cut and serve. Easy Breakfast ready
