Podi Ragi Idl


This is very quick and easy bite size Breakfast or dinner. We can use it as for lunch for Kids.
I always have Idlis leftover whenever I make idli as i make little extra to make this. This time I am using Ragi Idlis.

Cut the Idlis into cubes of bite sized. Lets go to the recipe

Ingredients
Idli - 1 bowl ( chopped into bit sized)
Idli podi - 2-3 tablespoon
Ghee / Gingelly oil - 3 tbsps
curry leaves few
               
Heat a Pan. Add the Ghee to it ( you can use gingelly oil too instead of ghee)
Then add the curry leaves to it.
When it pops add the Idli podi and then add the cubed idlis and mix it gently and nicely.
Now the Podi Ragi Idli is ready to serve.
Very easy  and yummy.
