Idli Upma is one of the easiest breakfast/ dinner when you have left over Idlis. It tastes very good. It takes l0-15 minutes maximum. We need only few ingredients . If you want to make more healthier and colorful , add the vegetables to it. Shall we go to the recipe.
Left over Idlis - 10-15
Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
Chilli-1
Oil - 3 tsps
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves few
First break the Idli into pieces and keep it aside
Heat a Pan. Add oil to it.
When it is hot add the the mustard, urad, curry leaves , onion , chilli.
Saute it.
Then add the Idli ( broken into pieces)
Now mix it thoroughly and saute it for few minutes till Idlis get hot .
That's it now Delicious Idli Upma is ready.
