Quinoa Idli

 

Today we are going to make Quinoa Idli with Regular Quinoa and Tricolor Quinoa , Raw rice,Urad. 

It was so good and soft.

Lets do it

Ingredients

Raw Rice - 2 cups

Urad dhal - 1 cup 

Quinoa - 1 cup

Tri color Quinoa - 1 cup

salt - 1 tsp

Soak urad for 3 hours, rice for 3 hours and quinoa for 2 hours.

Then grind the urad to a smooth consistency.

Grind the raw rice and quinoa too and not too smooth

Add the salt and ferment it for overnight.

Next day take the Idli Pan and grease Idli plates   with oil.

Mix the dough and pour it onto the Idli Plates and place it in the cooker.

Cook it for 10-15 minutes. When you put a fork into the Idli it should come out clean.

After that remove it and allow to cool before removing it.

Then take it out and serve it with Sambhar and chutney.

Yummy delicious Quinoa Idli is ready.
