Meatless Meatballs is the best substitute for those who don't like meat or wanted to become vegetarian. With a small twist I just made it delicious with this recipe and with added Indian masala flavor it is yummy . I am sure when you make it and try it you all will love it. It is very easy to make
Meatless Meatballs is vegan and protein based. Very Healthy and filled with proteins.
Meatless Meatballs - 15
onion - 1/2 cup chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
garlic - 3-4 chopped
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
curry powder - 1 tsp
turmeric- 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
mustard - 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil- 2tsp
curry leaves few
coriander - few chopped finely for garnishing
Chop the Meatless Meatballs into 2 (cut them in half to be a bitesize )
Heat a Pan and turn the heat to medium.
Add oil to it and when it is hot add the mustard, fennel ,
Add the onion, ginger paste, garlic and sauté it.
Then add the tomatoes , turmeric, salt , curry powder .
Sauté it and add the Meatless Meatballs in it
Add half cup of water and close the lid
It will be done in next 5-10 minutes.
Just make sure it is not dry .
After 10 minutes switch off the stove . Transfer it to the serving bowl.
Serve hot with Rice/Roti.
Delicious and filled with proteins. Yummy.
