This recipe is a simple and crunchy with pecans. Just toss in everything and roast it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Fresh Green Beans - 1 lb ( washed and trimmed , cut to desired size)
olive oil - 4 tbsp
Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
Pink salt - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3 ( thin sliced)
Garlic powder - optional
lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese - 3 tbsp (optional)
Pecan - 7-8 sliced or chopped
Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a cookie sheet/ baking tray and cover it with aluminum foil.
In a salad bowl add the beans, then add the olive oil. Mix well
Add the garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice , pecan and toss well
Put this tossed beans on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake in 425 degrees F , for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take it out carefully and sprinkle parmesan cheese if you are using it. Adding Parmesan cheese is completely optional.
Transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot/cold
