Black Chickpea Dosa/ Kala Channa Dosa

 If you want something other than urad dhal in your Dosa, NO Problem. Instead, we can use Black  Channa/ Black Chickpea (it is Brown though. I don't know why they call it Black Channa 😉🤔). It is very healthy and filled with proteins

Black Channa {Black Chickpea}- 1 cup

Rice - 2 cups

fenugreek - 1 tsp

salt - 2 tsp

oil for dosa


Soak the rice and black channa for 6-8 hours

Add the fenugreek too

After 6-8 hours of soaking, grind it to a smooth or slightly rough consistency.

Add salt and let it ferment for 8 hours or overnight.

Next day take a Dosa pan and make Dosa
