This Salad is simple and easy to make. We can adjust the vegetables as needed. I used cucumber, mozzarella cheese, and 2types of olives in this salad. The cucumber gives a nice crunch to the salad. Very very simple...
Romaine Lettuce - 1 cup chopped
Cucumber - 1 chopped
Grape tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Olives - 1/2 cup
Kalamata olives - 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup sliced
Red Onion - 1/2 cup sliced
Italian dressing - 3-4 tbsps
Black Pepper - to taste
Himalayan salt as needed
Take a salad bowl.
Put everything in the bowl and add the Italian dressing, Pink/Himalayan salt, and pepper, and toss/mix
That's it. A yummy delicious salad is ready
{ we can add any other vegetable too. We can make it without mozzarella cheese or substitute the mozzarella cheese with Feta Cheese too }
