Besan/Gram flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Pottukkadalai flour - 1/4 tsp ( optional)
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp ( if need spicy add little more)
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
- Mix these and store them in an airtight container.
- When you need it mix it with water without lumps, add chilli powder if you need more spicy, and dip the veggies and fry it in oil
