Peanut Pakoda / Kadalai Pakoda in Air Fryer

Kadalai Pakoda/ Peanut pakoda is a delicious snack and even can be used as a side dish for Rice or as an appetizer. Very easy to make

Peanuts Raw ( unroasted ) - 1 cup

Bhajji Flour  Mix- 2 tsp

( if you don't have Bhajji Flour use Gram flour/Besan - 2 tsp and Rice flour - 1 tsp)

Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp ( if needed spicy)(my chili powder was spicy)

Curry powder/Dhaba Masala powder- 1/2 tsp

turmeric- 1/4 tsp

Asafoetida - a pinch

Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp (optional)

oil - 2tsp

Salt

Curry Leaves

Water  as needed

Curry leaves

First, take the Bhajji mix/Besan mix in a small bowl.

Add the chili powder, curry powder, and Asafoetida and mix well

In a separate bowl take the raw peanuts.

Add the lemon juice ( I added juice from almost 1/2 the lemon ). Mix.

Add the mixed Besan/Bhajji flour and salt. Mix again

I added 2 tbsp of water to it and mixed it well

Add the chaat masala if needed and curry leaves. Mix. Now it is ready to Air Fry.

We are going to Air fry for 12 minutes at 365℉.

Take the Air Fryer. In the basket, I put aluminum foil ( In that way it is easy to clean. We can use it without the  aluminum foil too)

Now put the Peanut Mix in it and then close the lid. Set the temperature to 365℉

{Each Air Fryer is different, set the temperature accordingly and also the time. Higher temperature takes less time but make sure not to burn it}

Air fry for 12 minutes. In halfway, when 6 minutes are done, open the lid, mix it, and complete the remaining minutes.

After 12 minutes, delicious, healthy Peanut Pakoda / Kadalai Pakoda is ready and we made it with less oil.

Transfer it to a serving bowl and ENJOY the Healthy DELICIOUS Snack.😋😋😋😋😋😋

We can store it in an airtight container for a few days
