Boiled Peanuts Chaat

  This Chaat/Sundal is the easy one. Filled with proteins and yummy.


Boiled Peanuts - 1 cup

Salt - 1/4 tsp ( depending on taste)

Lemon - 2tsp

Chaat Masala - 1 tsp

Onion - 1 chopped finely (optional)

tomato - 1-2 chopped finely ( we can remove the seeds if needed)

cucumber - 1/2 cup{ chopped finely }

 In a salad bowl put everything and mix

First add the peanuts, then cucumber, tomato, chaat masala. If you like onion you can add it. 

Then add the lemon juice and mix

Yummy delicious, protein-filled snack is ready
