Recipe Improvements:

  1. Marinade Tip: Instead of marinating only in soy and teriyaki sauce, add a hint of ginger powder (1/4 tsp) and a dash of rice vinegar (1 tsp) to enhance the flavors.
  2. For Crispier Tofu: Press the tofu with paper towels or a tofu press to remove extra moisture before marinating. This will give a better texture when toasted.
  3. Vegetable Addition: Try adding bell peppers, broccoli, or snap peas for a pop of color and extra crunch. Stir-fry the vegetables separately to avoid overcrowding the pan, keeping them crisp and flavorful.
  4. Garnish with Freshness: After cooking, top with a handful of chopped green onions or fresh cilantro for added color and flavor.
