Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup, chopped into florets
- Yogurt – 1 tbsp
- Curry powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Rice flour – 1 tbsp
- Besan (gram flour) – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Chili powder – ½ tsp (optional)
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, ensuring the cauliflower florets are evenly coated with the seasoning and flours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air-fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or mixing the florets halfway through (around 8-10 minutes) to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
