Airfried Masala Cauliflower

 A delicious and healthy snack with a crispy texture and flavorful seasoning!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 cup, chopped into florets
  • Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Rice flour – 1 tbsp
  • Besan (gram flour) – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 1 tsp
  • Chili powder – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, ensuring the cauliflower florets are evenly coated with the seasoning and flours.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air-fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or mixing the florets halfway through (around 8-10 minutes) to ensure even cooking and prevent burning.
  5. Once the cauliflower turns golden brown and crispy, remove it from the air fryer.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Crispy Masala Cauliflower!

Tip: Adjust the air-frying time based on your desired crispiness. You can reduce the time to 15 minutes for a softer texture or extend it slightly for extra crunch.
