                                                                Chilli Parotta

Ingredients
Parotta [frozen layered one] -4 nos
Capsicum                            -1/2 cup cut into cubes

Onion                                  - 1 chopped
tomato                                - 2 chopped
Garlic                                 -3 cloves
Ginger                                - 1'' piece
cashew                               - 6-7 pieces[optional]
Red chilli powder               -1 tsp
Garam masala powder       -1/2 tsp
oil                                      -3 tbsps

Heat the parotta as per the instructions in the box and cut it into cubes and keep it aside

First take a pan,add little oil and when heated ,saute the chopped onion for few minutes. Then add garlic, ginger, and tomatoes and saute for another few minutes. Then add red chilli powder,garam masala and cashews and cook till the tomatoes are nicely done. Allow it to cool. Grind it into a smooth paste and keep it ready.

Now take a  pan and heat it ,add oil. When oil is hot add the chopped capsicums and saute for few minutes.
Then add the ground paste paste to it and cook for 3-5 minutes and add cut parottas and mix it evenly. If needed  sprinkle some water.... Keep it in low flame for 4-5 minutes. Remove from stove and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with onion raita




Now chilli parotta is ready
