Ingredients
Thuvar dhal    - 1/2 cup
Channa dhal   -1/2 cup
Urad dhal       -1/2 cup
Hing               -1/2 tsp
[Asafotida]
Salt                -1-2 tsp[as per taste]
Red chilli        -12-15
Oil                 -1-2 tsp

Take a pan ,heat it , add oil.
Then roast the ingredients one after another seperately.
Roast all dhals seperately to golden brown color.
At the dry roast the chillies.
Put all in a big bowl and allow it to cool little
Then dry grind to a little coarse texture.
Now Idli Podi is ready. Serve it with ghee or oil for idli,dosa etc
