Soya Chunks curry
You call it soya chunks curry or subzi it is filled with proteins and tasty.
Either eat it with Roti / rice or roll it inside the roti and sprinkle some shredded cheese to makes a tasty snack for the kids in the evening.
It is easy to make it.
Ingredients
Soya chunks -1 cup
pearl onions -4,5
tomato - 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red capsicum -1 medium chopped
Green capsicum - 1 medium chopped
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
turmeric little
oil
cumin -1 tsp
Heat a pan of 3- 4 cups of water and boil it.
When the water is boiling add the soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes.
Then drain the water and squeeze it and keep it aside
Heat a kadai and add some oil to it. Add cumin and let it splatter and then add onions either chopped or just like that and saute by adding turmeric, salt
Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
Then add the capsicum and fry for few minutes .Add the tomato and add the chilli powder and coriander powder and cook for few more minutes.
Now add the soya chunks and fry another few minutes till it is nicely mixed and it absorbs the masala into it.
Soya chunks subzi is ready to be served. Garnish with finely chopped coriander..
