Wheat Dosa
Version 2
Ingrdients
Wheat flour -2 cups
Rice flour -1/2 cup
cumin -1/2 tsp
Yeast - a pinch[optional]
Salt
Water
Yogurt -[optional] 1/2 cup
In this wheat dosa i am adding riceflour and yeast.
It has a very slight different in taste and if you don't want the rice flour you can do it without it to ..
It comes out really good
Now to the recipe mix all the above ingredients to a dosa cosistency and leave it for an 30-45 minutes
You can use either yogurt or yeast . These both are for fermenting the dough.
Slightly roast the finely chopped onions,chilli[green chilli] finely chopped and add it to the dough and make dosa
Heat a tava. When it is hot pour a laddle of the dough and and drizzle some oil on the edges and allow it to cook.
When cooked on side and turn to the other side and cook till brown .
Remove and serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
