Brussels Sprouts Stir Fry
Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts - 1 cup ( 12 oz)
Mustard - 1 tsp
Channa Masala Powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
Brussel Sprouts stir fry is a easy recipe. Take the brussel sprouts , wash them and boil them till they are tender . Drain them and keep them aside. Now take a Kadai. Add 1 tsp of oil . When it is hot add the the mustard seeds and let it splatter . Then add the Brussel Sprouts. Add the curry masala powder / Channa masala Powder, salt . Stir fry for few minutes and then it is done .So simple and yummy nutritious Brussel Sprouts stir fry is ready.
