Ragi Dosa with Idli Rava and Ragi flour

  

This Ragi Dosa recipe is very easy to make . 

Urad Dhal - 1 cup

Idli Rava - 2 cups

Ragi flour - 2 cups

salt - 2tsp


Soak the urad and idli rava separately for 3-4 hours . 

Then grind it in the mixie / grinder. I did it in the mixie. Add salt and ragi flour to it .

Mix it well and then ferment it for overnight or for 8 hours.

I fermented it for overnight.

Next day mix it and make delicious Ragi Dosa.

Serve it with Sambhar and Chutney or with Idli Podi.
