Chapathi is just like a tortilla , This is made with Wheat Flour. Easy to make and we can add different vegetables according to our taste. Here I added spinach and masala powder so that it is healthier and the kids don't fuss. They will love it.
Spinach Masala Chapathi
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
spinach - 1 cup ( I used frozen)
curry powder- 1/2 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
water - 1 1/2 cup
In a bowl , mix everything and make it into a dough. I used frozen spinach so I used little less water around 1 1/4 cup. Close it and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes , roll it just like a tortilla .
Heat a tava and when it is hot, put the rolled tortilla . Cook it on both sides
Apply ghee on top and serve with dhal and subzi.
