Ragi Idli with Raw Rice , Ragi Flour and Urad dhal

 Urad Dhal        -1 cup

Raw rice       -2cup
Ragi flour        - 1 cup
Salt                -1 and 1/2 tsp (I  used little  less than 2 tsp . )
Eno 1 tsp


Soak the Urad and rice overnight or atleast for 4 hours
Then grind it in a mixer or Grinder to a smooth consistency
Now add the Ragi flour ,salt and mix ir very well and allow it to ferment overnight
It would have doubled in proportion ... 
Add  Eno and mix .
Now it is ready to make soft idlis and a healthy one
Heat a Idli pan 
 Pour it on the oil greased Idli plates and steam it 
 Steam for 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes polk one idli with a knife/stick and when it comes clean, that means it is done .
Serve hot with Chutney and Sambhar.
