Samosa

Samosa is a deep-fried snack stuffed with potatoes. Stuffing can be altered and this samosa can be air fried too. But I like it when it is deep-fried. It can be made with Wheat flour or all-purpose flour. Today I made it with all-purpose flour. It is usually served with coriander mint chutney and Sweet chutney. T oday's recipe is a HEALTHY Protein rich Paratha. It is a type of stuffed paratha with a filling that can be made quickly. A first little bit of Hemp Seeds Hemp seeds are the seeds of the hemp plant, Cannabis sativa . Hemp seeds called Sanal Vidhaigal in Tamil Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source and contain high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, and zinc.
