Olive Bread

Today's recipe is very simple Bread. This one I used Olives and Italian Seasoning. We can use any seasoning . Do alter it with rosemary too .Perfect one . Bread Flour - 2 cups ( we can use wheat flour too) Olive oil - 2tsp Olives - 12 black olives ( slice / chop it) Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp Garlic - 4 cloves chopped Salt - 3/4 tsp Sugar - 1 tsp Yeast - 2 tsp ( or 1 pack of dry instant yeast) For topping Olive oil - 2 tsp Slice olives - few First take 3/4 cup of warm water . Add sugar and mix it. Then add the yeast and mix. Leave it for 10-15 minutes . It will rise. In a Mixer( cake Mixer ) add the dry ingredients . { flour , salt , italian seasoning , garlic , olives} Mix well. Add the olive oil and mix. Then add the yeast mix and make it into a dough . If needed add extra water if needed. Then stop the mixer and apply little oil on the dough and cover and leave it to rise for an hour After an hour it would have doubled . First a little Introduction about Quinoa which i found in the Internet. Quinoa is a grain crop that is grown for its edible seeds. It is pronounced KEEN-wah . It technically isn't a cereal grain, but a pseudo-cereal ( 1 ). In other words, it is basically a "seed" which is prepared and eaten similarly to a grain. Quinoa was an important crop for the Inca Empire back in the day. They referred to it as the "mother of all grains" and believed it to be sacred. Minestrone Soup in Instant Pot

This Minestrone Soup is a wholesome meal, in one Pot which is very fulfilling by itself. In this recipe I added pasta. We can make it without pasta and adding potatoes to make it as full Vegetable Soup with Beans.
