Ingredients
- cooked Kabuli Chana (Chickpeas) - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Curry Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp Chicken Masala Powder (optional) - 1/4 tsp
- Olive Oil - 2 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
Prepare the Seasoning:
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, curry masala powder, chicken masala powder (if using), chat masala, and salt. Mix well.Coat the Chickpeas:
Toss the cooked chickpeas in the seasoning mix, ensuring they are evenly coated.Air Frying:
- Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 400℉ and the timer for 15 minutes.
Shake & Check:
After about 5–6 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket (using oven mitts) and give it a good shake to ensure even cooking. Return it to the fryer and continue air frying.Final Touch:
