Ingredients

  • cooked Kabuli Chana (Chickpeas) - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  •  Curry Masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp Chicken Masala Powder (optional) - 1/4 tsp
  •  Olive Oil - 2 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Seasoning:
    In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, curry masala powder, chicken masala powder (if using), chat masala, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Coat the Chickpeas:
    Toss the cooked chickpeas in the seasoning mix, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  3. Air Frying:

    • Place the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket.
    • Set the air fryer temperature to 400℉ and the timer for 15 minutes.
  4. Shake & Check:
    After about 5–6 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket (using oven mitts) and give it a good shake to ensure even cooking. Return it to the fryer and continue air frying.

  5. Final Touch:
    Once the timer goes off, your crunchy roasted chickpeas are ready! Let them cool slightly before serving.
