Pesto-Tapenade Idli Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Idlis (per sandwich)
- 1 tbsp Basil Pesto
- 1 tbsp Olive Tapenade
- Cheese (shredded or sliced)
Instructions
Prep the Idlis
- Spread basil pesto on one idli.
- Spread olive tapenade on the other idli.
Add the Cheese
- Sprinkle or layer cheese on the pesto-spread idli.
Assemble
- Place the tapenade-spread idli on top to form a sandwich.
Toast the Sandwich
- Heat a tava over medium flame.
