Pesto-Tapenade Idli Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 Idlis (per sandwich)
  • 1 tbsp Basil Pesto
  • 1 tbsp Olive Tapenade
  • Cheese (shredded or sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Idlis

    • Spread basil pesto on one idli.
    • Spread olive tapenade on the other idli.
  2. Add the Cheese

    • Sprinkle or layer cheese on the pesto-spread idli.
  3. Assemble

    • Place the tapenade-spread idli on top to form a sandwich.
  4. Toast the Sandwich

    • Heat a tava over medium flame.
    • Spray or spread a small amount of oil on the tava.
