🥗 Vegetarian Burrito Bowl Recipe
A colorful, customizable, and healthy bowl full of flavor—just like the one at Chipotle, but made fresh at home!

🌯 Ingredients
🥄 For the Rice:

1 tbsp chopped cilantro (coriander)

1/4 each of green, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers (sliced)

👩🍳 Instructions
🍋 Lemon-Cilantro Rice

Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add cooked rice and mix well.

Stir in chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt.

Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and mix again.
🫘 Pinto Beans Masala

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.

Sauté chopped onions until soft, then add tomatoes.

Add salt, turmeric, and curry powder.

Add the cooked pinto beans and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until flavors combine.
🌶️ Fajita Veggies
