Cheesy Omelet Croissant with Basil Pesto – A Quick and Flavorful Breakfast!

This recipe is my simple and delicious take on a breakfast sandwich—perfect for busy mornings or a cozy weekend brunch. Ingredients:

1 Croissant

1 Egg

1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese

Salt – to taste

Black Pepper – to taste

Basil Pesto – as needed

Oil – for cooking
Instructions:

Toast the Croissant:
Slice the croissant in half and toast it lightly in a toaster until crisp and golden. Set aside. -
Prepare the Omelet:

Heat a small pan over medium heat and add a few drops of oil.

Crack the egg directly into the pan.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper.
