My Spiced Tea for Two – A Comforting Brew
Everyone has their own way of making the perfect cup of tea—this is mine! Warm, spiced, and soothing, this tea is perfect for cozy conversations or a quiet break. Feel free to improvise with the spices to suit your taste—add more cardamom for a stronger aroma, skip the pepper if you prefer it mild, or sweeten it just the way you like. Here's how I make Tea for Two—a simple ritual that brings comfort with every sip.
Tea for Two – My Way
Ingredients:
-
Milk – 2 cups
-
Water – ¼ cup

-
Pepper – a pinch (optional)
Instructions:
-
In a small pan, heat ¼ cup of water.

Stir in the tea and let the mixture come to a boil.
-
Pour in the milk and allow it to boil again, mixing gently.
-
Once it reaches a good rolling boil, turn off the heat.
-
Strain the tea into two cups.
-
Stir in sugar to taste.
-
Enjoy it warm with your favorite cookie or biscuit!
Take a moment to slow down and savor this comforting cup—it’s my go-to way to unwind and reconnect. Let it be yours too, in your own special way. ☕
