🌿 Ingredients

  • Dosa dough – as needed for one dosa

  • Onion – 1, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1, finely chopped

  • Orange bell pepper – 1, chopped

  • Red bell pepper – 1, chopped

  • Spinach – finely chopped

  • Protein powder – homemade or your preferred kind

  • Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp

  • Chia seeds – for sprinkling

  • Oil – as needed for cooking

  • Black pepper – optional, for a light kick
