Ingredients

  • Sprouted green moong – 1 cup

  • Cucumber – ½ cup, finely chopped

  • Tomato – ½ cup, finely chopped

  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp

  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp

  • Black pepper – to taste

  • Pink salt – to taste

  • Lemon juice – from ½ lemon

Method

  1. Add the sprouted green moong to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add cucumber and tomato.

  3. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, black pepper, and pink salt.

  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
