When you have to make Ramen for the kids and no noodles and only have Spaggetti try this simple easy delicious recipe. It is quick and you will love it


📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti

  • 2–3 tsp oil

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 small tomato, chopped

  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ cup spinach

  • ½ cup cabbage, shredded

  • ¼ cup red capsicum, sliced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½–1 tsp curry powder (adjust to taste)

  • Salt, to taste

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Heat a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add oil.

  2. Add the sliced onion and sauté until slightly soft and translucent.

  3. Add tomato, mushrooms, cabbage, red capsicum, and spinach.
    Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.

  4. Add salt, garlic powder, and curry powder. Mix well so the spices coat the vegetables evenly.

  5. Add the cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together gently for 3–4 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb all the flavors.

  6. Taste and adjust seasoning or spice level if needed.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious fusion bowl!
