🛒 Ingredients

  • Bell peppers red – 1, cubed

  • Bell peppers green – 1, cubed

  • Bell peppers yellow – 1, cubed

  • Bell peppers orange – 1, cubed

  • Onion - 1, cubed(optional)

  • Olive oil – 1–2 teaspoons

  • Garlic powder – to taste

  • Italian seasoning – to taste

  • Black pepper – to taste

  • Salt – to taste

  • Balsamic vinegar – a drizzle

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the peppers
    Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and core, and cut them into medium-sized cubes.

  3. Season and mix
    Place the cubed peppers in a bowl or directly on a baking tray.
    Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Toss everything well so the peppers are evenly coated.

  4. Roast
    Spread the peppers in a single layer on the baking tray.
    Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the peppers are tender and slightly caramelized.

  5. Serve
