Wheat & Jowar Roti / Golden Power Rotis

🌿 A Little Story Behind the Ingredients

In many  kitchens, people combine grains not just for taste, but it’s about balance and to get the nourishment. Wheat has  been a staple food becauseit is soft and comforting texture, while jowar, an ancient millet, has been treasured for generations for its rich fiber and digestive benefits.

Jowar is naturally gluten-free, making it gentle on the stomach and great for maintaining steady energy levels. When paired with wheat, it creates a perfect harmony, soft yet hearty. The touch of turmeric not only adds a beautiful golden color but is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Curry powder and tomato paste bring warmth, flavor, and a subtle tang, turning a simple roti into something vibrant and special.

This is the kind of everyday food that quietly nourishes, with simple ingredients and powerful benefits.
